Free standard shipping applies to purchases of regular priced items on our website. If you are a retail store, please contact us for a shipping estimate on wholesale orders.
In case you wish to return the product then shipping charges are deducted from the amount paid. Read the return policy below for more information.
Our courier partner does not consider Sundays or national holidays as their guaranteed delivery time.
Shipping Estimate: 2 to 8 Business Days ( Tracking Code Available )
The tracking code is available once you have completed the order and product has been picked up by the courier company.
Return Policy:
Return can be made under wrong product delivery, manufacturing defect, defective product delivered and physical damage.
In order to get a refund for any kind of defects, make sure you make a video of the received product while opening the packet and within 48 hours of the delivery.
For eg. If you claim that your shipment was opened while in shipped state or you receive a broken product, defective item or open packet, you need to make a video while receiving the packet from the deliveryman and while you are opening the packet so that we can show/claim/prove it to the courier company or the vendor for the loss you have suffered.
In case you are unable to make a video while receiving the packet or while opening the packet, it becomes very difficult to judge as for when and where the product has been mishandled. (Can be a manufacturer who sent the defective product or the courier company mishandled the package or maybe the customer who received the packet properly and mishandled the product at their own end).
So, Without video, under any circumstances, vimocart will not attend/entertain any kind of return requests.
FOR COD ORDERS
We ship our products in the proper box and it's sealed packed with plastic. If you receive a Parcel in unsealed condition or extreme damage. Don't accept the parcel and call us. As it is not possible for us to refund or exchange if you accepted such an Order.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel any order, please contact our Customer Support team by email (support@vimocart.com) and let us know the reason for it. (Please quote your order number when calling)
Note transaction charges ( Payment gateway charges ) which are 2.5% of the amount paid plus GST shall be removed and the net amount shall be paid. This amount is taken from the payment gateway. So this amount shall not be refunded.
(a) Our Subject Matter Experts will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.
(b) If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we’ll cancel it without any further delay.
(c) Once the order is canceled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
How long will it take to process a cancellation request?
Once we receive a cancellation request, it will take a maximum of 48 hours to cancel the order and depends on the day and time the order was placed.
For e.g.:-
(a) If the cancellation is requested on the same day before 6.30 pm, the order is canceled on the same day and refund initiated.
(b) if the cancellation is requested after 6.30pm, the order will be cancelled the next day and refund requested the same day.
(c) If the cancellation is requested on weekends (i.e. Saturday/ Sunday) or on public holidays the order will be canceled on the next working day and a refund requested accordingly.
(d) In case your order has been "Shipped", we may take your cancellation request; however, we shall be able to process a refund once we receive the canceled items back from the courier. In this case courier charges( both shipping and return) to be Bourne by the customer.
Why vimocart Cancelled the Order?
Your order can be cancelled due to any of the below reasons:
- Technical issues related to pricing information.
- Non-availability of the product(s).
- Payment problem identified by the Fraud Detection Department.
Note: We may put additional checks and verifications or seek more information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or a part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Replacement & Exchanges:
vimocart does not offer cash refunds. In case of returns, customers have the following two options - Get equivalent amount as vimocart store credit to be used on any future purchase at vimocart
In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, vimocart would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you. Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs
